MOCHA FUDGE BROWNIES

Ingredients 

Flaxseeds Grounded - ¼ cup
Taste Junction Coffee Iced/Hot Mix - 1 sachet
Water - ¼ cup
Salted Butter - 1/2 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1.5 cup
Medium Dark Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup
Couverture Chocolate - 1 cup 
Baking Powder - 2tsp
Jaggery - 1/3 cup
White Granulated Sugar - 1 cup

 

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the flaxseeds, Taste Junction Coffee Mix, and water. Stir well and let it sit for a moment.

Add the granulated sugar and jaggery, then mix until well combined.

Melt the couverture chocolate and butter using a double boiler method—place them in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Once melted, pour this into the sugar mixture and stir until smooth.

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder using a sieve. Gently fold the mixture until just combined.

Transfer the batter into a lined baking pan, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle some couverture chocolate pieces on top for extra indulgence.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean.

Let the brownies cool completely before slicing (if you can resist!).

P.S. We couldn’t wait for them to cool and ended up digging straight into the baking pan—and trust us, it was yummmm! 😍

Be careful not to overbake, as it can make the brownies too firm instead of perfectly fudgy!
